We book our haircuts based on the length of hair and amount of time needed as opposed to traditional gender-based pricing. It is critical to us that everyone feel comfortable and safe here regardless of where you fall on the gender spectrum. Please let us know your preferred pronoun!
A credit card will be required and kept on file when booking chemical or color appointments. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule please notify us with at least 24 hours notice. All chemical or color treatments will be charged 50% of their total service cost in the case of a no show or cancellation with less than 24 hour notice.
In the case of 3 no call/ no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice you will be only be able to be seen on a walk in basis.
We are proud to guarantee fantastic service every time. If you are not completely satisfied with a service received please notify us within 7 days to have it resolved promptly.
Arrival 15 minutes or later to an appointment will require rescheduling.
Any retail item purchased at Luminary Hair Co. may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. If a product is returned past the initial 14 days, salon credit will be offered or the product may be exchanged for a different product.
Service dogs are welcome, but we ask that you refrain from bringing pets to your appointment.
We do offer Gift Cards and eGift Cards in any denomination! Please come by, call, or purchase online for a special occasion or just because.
We accept cash and all credit card types. Please no personal checks.
